Batam Plant (PT TOYOKANETSU INDONESIA)
The Batam Plant of PT TOYOKANETSU INDONESIA was established in 1978 at Batam Island, Indonesia where is located around 20km south of Singapore, in order to accomplish a number of oil & gas development projects accross the world. Our manufacturing base Batam Plant has delivered to date more than 1,400 tanks for crude oil, LNG, LPG and chemical products.
Also in the quality system, we obtained U and U2 stamps from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in 2004, ISO 9001 in 2006, and JAPEIC Certificate of Welding Management Process stipulated in the Japanese Electricity Business Act in 2008.

Chiba Plant
The Chiba Plant, established in 1971 for manufacturing tank materials and components, is equipped with a special pier, 350 m long and 5.5 m water depth. Located in the Keiyo Industrial zone and covering 160,000 m2, the Plant boasts its track record of more than 4,000 tanks for Japan and overseas market, with industrial certificates: ISO9001 in 1994 and JAPEIC Certificate of Welding Management Process under the Japanese Electricity Business Act in 2005.
As a base for research and development and block processing centering on welding of large low-temperature tanks, the center conducts basic research on welding construction methods and material testing, as well as applied research related to tank structures.
